BioAct Biological Activation System
External Biological Treatment Enhancement for Wastewater Systems
The BioAct system is an external biological activation device that enhances wastewater treatment performance by dosing high-concentration, stationary-phase bacteria combined with natural zeolite media into existing treatment processes. The device cultivates bacteria internally through a controlled fermentation process, then automatically doses the ready-to-work culture into the wastewater system at programmed intervals.
BioAct does not require the wastewater to flow through the device. It connects externally to the existing treatment infrastructure with no structural modifications, making installation quick and non-disruptive. The system operates on standard 220V electricity and requires only approximately 20 liters of tap water per day, with total energy consumption of approximately 2 kWh per month.
