TOC Reduction for Ultrapure Water Applications

The T-Series is a specialized low pressure UV system designed for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) reduction in ultrapure water production. Built with pharmaceutical-grade SS316L stainless steel and precision surface finishes of RA ≤ 0.20 μm, the T-Series meets the demanding requirements of semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and high-purity laboratory water systems.

By generating high-energy UV light at 185 nm in addition to the standard 254 nm germicidal wavelength, the T-Series breaks down organic carbon molecules, reducing TOC levels to meet the strictest purity standards.
